Privacy Policy
Who we are
Seduzi Studio (“Seduzi”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, providing software development and design services only. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It does not cover the privacy practices of any client platform we may build; each client is the independent controller of its own users’ data.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form: a name or alias, the contact method you provide (for example email, Telegram or Signal), and your message. To prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and a truncated browser user-agent string. We never store your raw IP address. We require no real name and no account.
What we do not do
We do not use third-party advertising, behavioural tracking pixels, cross-site trackers, or analytics that profile you. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information for marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
How we use your information
Solely to read, evaluate and respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about a possible engagement, to keep records of our business communications, and to maintain the security and integrity of this site.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
We process your enquiry on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our site against abuse. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and we may use a third-party email provider to receive notifications of your enquiry. These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own terms and security obligations. We do not otherwise disclose your information except where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK or similar regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
Retention
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on a potential engagement, to meet legal, tax or record-keeping obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any right, contact us through this site; we will respond as required by applicable law.
No minors
This site and our services are strictly for adults. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the information.
Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions or requests can be sent through the contact form on this site.
